Every visit follows a full check of the outdoor unit, the indoor components and the controls. We test rather than assume, so nothing gets signed off without evidence behind it.

Here is what our engineers work through on a standard service:

• Inspection and cleaning of the evaporator coil, fan and external casing
• Refrigerant pressure and flow temperature checks against your original design figures
• Condensate drainage and pipework insulation inspected for damage or blockages
• Electrical connections, isolators and safety controls tested
• Hot water cylinder, expansion vessel and system pressure checked
• Filters and strainers cleaned across the heating circuit
• Weather compensation and smart control settings reviewed and adjusted
• A written report of our findings, with any recommended remedial work

If we find something that needs attention, we explain it in plain language and quote before any work starts. You will never be charged for a repair you have not agreed to.
