With over 400m² of floor space spread across three floors, this new build required an efficient, future-proof heating solution. As new builds rise and government-backed heating incentives make eco-friendly options more accessible, heat pumps are becoming the go-to choice.
From April 2025, gas boilers will no longer be permitted in new builds for heating and hot water, making the Aerona³ Grant heat pump the perfect solution—delivering optimal performance and energy efficiency for this large property.
Resolution:
To meet the requirements of the property we designed a system layout that works on extremely low temperatures, increasing the efficiency of the appliance. The team installed a single unit providing heating and hot water throughout the year.
