Unusual Aspect – Our work took place while an extension was being carried out on the property. Despite the challenges of coordinating with ongoing construction, we successfully managed our pat of the project without disruption. In addition to our scheduled tasks, we also replaced all of the radiators throughout the property, ensuring the heating system was fully upgraded and aligned with the client’s requirements.
Challenges:
- With multiple trades operating simultaneously, access to certain areas was restricted, and we had to schedule our tasks to avoid delays.
- Replacing all the radiators throughout the property presented its own set of challenges. Each radiator had to be carefully disconnected and removed without causing leaks or damage to the existing pipework. Integrating the new radiators with the current heating system required adjustments and balancing to ensure efficient and even heating throughout the property.
- Timing was critical, as the system needed to be fully operational during the ongoing extension to avoid leaving the client without heating.
